     2019 SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

To help raise awareness for children of different abilities and our organization inClusion ClubHouse, we bring families of all abilities together to celebrate with a Special Needs Family Prom.  This year's prom theme will be a Trip Around the World.  Traveling for Families of Children with Special Needs is never easy and for most of us we've never traveled beyond our state.  This year we are handing out passports and teaching families that the Sky is the Limit and giving them a glimpse of the world around us. The Special Needs Family Prom welcomes over 200 families with students who are both abled and disabled from California.

We are currently seeking sponsors and donors for the Prom. As a sponsor, your business logo will be displayed at each event in accordance with the area sponsored (please see the below form for specific sponsorship levels and opportunities). We are also seeking donations of goods and services, such as limo service, flowers, baked goods, prom attire and auction items. Thank you for considering a partnership with inClusion ClubHouse and Global Gift Foundation and creating lifelong memories for these extraordinary members of our community.

Without the help and support of our community this event would not be possible. Thank you for wanting to help us give our Special Needs families a magical day to remember.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

There are 3 sponsorship levels based on your level of compassion, support and collaboration. We are also looking for in-kind donations of services and products to help make this day a success for all.

Our goal is to raise $20,000 before Prom to pay for the amazing venue, food, and all the bells and whistles that our families will see and receive at prom. Every penny we raise in advance helps defray costs of prom so that ticket sales and all money raised goes directly to benefit inClusion ClubHouse.

"I See You, Little Naomi" by Stefanie Boggs-Johnson

Meet Naomi and get to know about her unique life because of a boo-boo that others can't see. A survivor of pediatric stroke, her story will introduce children to the world of special needs and that it's okay to be curious about others who may look or act differently. Children will learn compassion and love by understanding the reasons why some people may need extra help doing the same things they do.

$5 from each $15 donation goes into the making of our Special Needs Family Prom Fundraiser for inClusion ClubHouse.
