Special Needs Family Prom IS AN ALL-AGES

Is this a FREE event for the Special Needs Community?

Yes, our goal is to raise enough money in sponsorships and ticket sales to have all special needs children, teens or young adults attend free of charge. A Special Needs Ticket covers the cost for 1 individual with special needs and 1 family member to accompany. The rest of the family is welcome to come but must purchase a ticket. Additional tickets can be purchased at a discount.
I would like to help Sponsor this event, how can I help?

Your generosity is greatly appreciated, without you this day would not be possible. We need monetary donations to help pay for the event, as well as items for raffle prizes, dresses, suits, flowers, cake and services such as limo rides, costumes, set design, photographers and videographers.
Is my donation tax deductable?

Yes, your donation is 100% tax deductable. Our 501(c)3 status is currently pending, but your donation will be recognized by the IRS. The tax ID for tax deductible donations is 46-4666710.
How will my company benefit from helping your event?

There are many ways your company can benefit from sponsoring our special needs family prom. First, you become a part of an amazing community event and it shows the potential customers how much you care. For details on our sponsorship packages and how we can help each other
Is your venue fully accessible for my child in a wheelchair?

Studio 11 is fully accessible on the bottom level to all indoor and outdoor activities. The second floor which is where the DJ will be and a small sitting room is not accessible and neither is the roof top and for safety reasons these will be restricted adult areas.
Can my child participate and dance using a walker or gate trainer?
Yes absolutely, the venue is very spacious and we can accomodate different size equipment.
My teenager can't stand for diaper changes, is the bathroom equipped for me to change them lying down?

Yes, the bathroom is very large handicapped and we will provide a large changing table.
My child is a runner, is your venue safe and secure?

Absolutely, we have security at the exits and entrances. We also have volunteers to help entertain and watch your child throughout the day so that you can enjoy the day as well.
